Full Stack Web Developer – IT Manager

Type: Full Time Employee

OriGene Technologies is seeking a dynamic and innovative full stack web developer to join the IT team that is dedicated to building and enhancing our eCommerce platform. This position will focus on providing developer level support to both new and existing development efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with marketing team to create, edit and update web content, create compelling visual web experience in both desktop browsers and mobile devices
• Create, edit/update and recollection of data; database management; server management
• Maintain, support NetSuite system development and customization requirements
• Develop analytical reporting tools for internal decision making

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Experienced working with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript; UX & UI design experience preferred
• Experienced working with modern version control Systems (Git)
• Experience with SQL databases
• Excellent command of modern web browsers
• Strong understanding of AWS
• A strong desire to research and study new emerging technologies for consideration in future and ongoing development efforts
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Self-motivated
• Experience supporting and working closely with project customers
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
• Mandarin or Chinese speaking is preferred

Digital/eCommerce Marketing Specialist

Type: Full time employee

Responsibilities:

 Execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

 Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, R&D to create and optimize online user experience

 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

 Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:

 Proven 1-3 years of working experience in digital marketing

 Life science industry experience/biotech knowledge is required

 Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (such as, Google Analytics, Moz, SEMRush, NetSuite)

 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Some statistics and modeling background is preferred.

 Hands-on experience with marketing analytics is strongly preferred

 Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL and CSS is preferred
